Cooperated with vacuum evaporation oil extraction design, solvent condensation and tail gas recovery system, the oil extractor can obtain crude peanut/ groundnut oil with high oil yield, low residual oil, low solvent consumption, and low equipment failure.
Description of Solvent Extraction Process:
In our solvent extractor, edible oil is extracted from peanut flakes. There are a series of rooms in the equipment for keeping the mixture of solvent and crude oil with concentration gradient.The crude oil mixture is pumped out for evaporating.
The evaporating section consists of several evaporators. After evaporating section, we will get crude oil for refining line and solvent for recycling.
We recycle solvent by a series of condensers, the captured solvent is sent to underground solvent storage tank. The waste gas is sent to the absorber for reducing solvent consumption and pollution. Finally exhaust is discharged into the atmosphere.
After solvent extraction, we convey meals to D.T.D.C for desolventing, toasting, drying and cooling, then we get the qualified products.

The vacuum evaporation technology will separate liquid miscella on basis of different vaporization temperatures with low solvent leakage and consumption.
●Vacuum evaporation with high efficiency de-solvation
The secondary steam of desolventizer toaster together with remaining steam from steam jet pump is being used as heat source, can save energy and reduce condenser configuration area.
●Perfect solvent condensation with low residual oil
Combined with evaporation system, solvent condensation system of peanut/ groundnut oil extraction process line can separate crude peanut/ groundnut oil and solvent totally. The gas tail gas goes to paraffin recovery process.
Extracted and desolventized oil must be further processed to make a refined product. Oils are refined to improve the flavor, odor, color and stability using processes that degum, neutralize, bleach and deodorize the oil. These refining processes remove contaminants such as phosphatides, free fatty acids and pro-oxidants.
